How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Testingcousin Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Testingcousin Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network run their own businesses. Each is responsible for its estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to talk with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please know that Testingcousin Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@testingcousin.garden and include the following:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
